Oleksii Anatoliyovych Maznichenko (born June 5, 1992, in Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur working in the used-car resale and land investment sectors.

Early life. Maznichenko was born into the family of an Honored Miner of Ukraine. As a child he practiced breakdancing and was drawn to hip-hop music, growing up in a modest household that valued family tradition and mutual respect.

Education and early work. He graduated from Vocational School No. 109 in Horlivka, qualifying as an underground electrician-fitter and an electric/gas welder. He began his career at a local coal mine, then moved into commission-based sales, where pay tied directly to each closed deal taught him to work for himself.

Entrepreneurship. From 2017 he began building a career in business, learning management and team leadership largely through hands-on experience. In 2018 he became a partner in a company importing and reselling used cars from the United States, which grew to retail 50–70 vehicles a month; he helped expand the team, open new offices, and set up in-house training. In 2020 he founded White Sharks Group LLC. Since 2022 he has focused on sourcing and acquiring land plots for resale and development.

Journalism. In 2026, after uncovering the theft of his own funds, Maznichenko began working in investigative journalism — tracing the case on-chain himself and publishing the findings publicly as the investigation continues.

Personal life. Maznichenko is unmarried and has two children.
